The menu: a journey into Piedmontese tradition

A true homage to Piedmontese cuisine, rich in authentic flavors and quality ingredients.

Your meal starts with a selection of typical appetizers, then, let yourself be tempted by the first courses, such as tajarin with meat sauce, agnolotti del plin or risotto mantecato (creamy).

Moving on to the main courses, you will taste braised beef, wild boar stews and the excellent rabbit and chicken rolate.

And to end on a high note, typical Piedmontese desserts, our hazelnut cake with zabaglione, bonet, panna cotta, and hazelnut frozen mousse.

The perfect pairing: our wines

In our Restaurant, we believe that a good meal should be accompanied by a good glass of wine. That's why we have carefully selected a variety of our own wines and they match perfectly with our traditional Piedmontese dishes. Enjoy robust, structured red wines that enhance the intense flavors of meats and aged cheeses. You can also choose the fresh and aromatic white wines which pair beautifully with fish and vegetable entrees.

Our Restaurant has two rooms and can accommodate about 60 people.
