Our wines

The winery philosophy is to produce single-vineyard wines. The treatment of the vineyards is done by hand: with appropriate pruning and careful thinning. During the harvest, grapes are selected to be sent to the winery.

Vinification takes place in a well-equipped winery where the canons of tradition are placed side by side with modern technology that makes the processing stages more reliable and gentle.

    Hazelnuts

    The Hazelnut is one of the symbols of Piedmont. This plant is widely spread in the southern area of the region and especially in the Alta Langa where its climate and altitude (500-700 mt.) make its development particularly suitable.
    The most prized variety is grown in this area, the "tonda gentile delle Langhe" (" round and gentle of Langhe" or "Piedmont Hazelnut," which was the first protected geographical indication (PGI) in the province of Cuneo. The "tonda gentile" of the Langhe is distinguished from all other varieties by special quality aspects.
    The regular roundness of its shape, size, and very hard and full shell mean that when shelled, its yield is excellent. Once roasted it gives off a particular fragrance and thanks to this characteristic, our hazelnuts give excellent results in pastry and cooking and they are famous all over the world.

    Creme spalmabili

    Dark chocolate hazelnut cream.

    220 g jar.
    Ingredients:
    I.G.P. Piedmont hazelnut (55%), low-fat cocoa, brown sugar, sunflower lecithin.
    GLUTEN-FREE.
    We use only the best I.G.P. Piedmont Hazelnuts from our hills for our cream, which gives it an ideal texture without the need to add fats other than those naturally contained in the Hazelnut.
    The hazelnut oil in our cream contains a high amount of oleic acid, making it rich in unsaturated fats, which contribute to the maintenance of healthy cholesterol levels as part of a balanced diet.

    Gianduja hazelnut cream.

    220 g jar.
    Ingredients:
    I.G.P. Piedmont hazelnut (55%), Brown sugar, Milk, Cocoa, Sunflower lecithin.
    GLUTEN-FREE.
    We use only the best I.G.P Piedmont Hazelnuts from our hills for our cream, which gives it an ideal texture without the need to add fats other than those naturally contained in the Hazelnut.
